The traditional Riscossa dry pasta, obtained from the grinding of durum wheat and processed according to the traditional method in use since 1902. Available in numerous sizes and ideal for preparing delicious main dishes, pasta sides and soups.

Ditaloni is a type of pasta that shares similarities with ditali, but it is larger and has a wider tube shape. The name "ditaloni" is derived from the Italian word "dito," meaning finger, and the "-oni" suffix, indicating larger size. This pasta variety is characterized by its short, wide tubes, resembling oversized thimbles or large finger shapes.

Ditaloni is often used in dishes where a heartier pasta is desired, such as in baked pasta casseroles or thick, chunky sauces. The wide opening of ditaloni tubes allows them to capture and hold onto robust sauces, making them a popular choice for flavourful dishes.

As with many traditional Italian pasta shapes, ditaloni is typically made from durum wheat semolina and water. Its size and shape make it a versatile option for a variety of recipes, offering a satisfying and substantial texture to the dish.
